The Energy Wellness Program goes beyond simple stress management. Format: full-day immersion or four 90-minute sessions.

What to Expect
Module One: Foundations
The essential principles of flow are grounded in the physics of energy and the science of peak performance. We’ll explore the natural laws that govern flow, and how they can be used to promote personal wellbeing and professional performance.
Module two: Assessment
If you can’t measure, you can’t manage. We take you through a detailed energy inventory to determine your Flow Quotient (FQ). By identifying patterns of flow across four dimensions, you’ll learn where adjustments can be made to increase individual wellness and flow.
Module three: Momentum
The nature of flow has two distinct paths: the downward spiral of accumulating stress and the upward spiral of purpose-driven growth. You’ll learn how to identify and reverse the stress spiral, and gain tools to increase flow in four key areas: mental, emotional, physical and purpose.
Module Four: Application
We guide you through a personalized process to create your own Energy Wellness Blueprint. Using our proven roadmapping framework, you’ll apply what you’ve learned to develop a clear path for optimizing flow in your daily life and sustaining it long-term.
