Get to know Flow
The Flow Lab was founded in 2020 by Kimberly Kingsley, a pioneer in energy wellness and the author of four books on the subject. She brings decades of experience in energy management and mental wellbeing. Two years later, her brother Ron Kingsley joined the team, bringing his expertise in building positive work cultures from the software and manufacturing sectors. Together, their mission is to help organizations disrupt stress and create cultures where energy and performance flow naturally.
