Team Flow
Energy is contagious. Designed to promote individual and team flow, this workshop explores the connection between emotional intelligence and energy wellness. We call this EQ² (Energy and Emotional Intelligence)—a formula for creating ripples of wellbeing that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
